Because of the unique high-rise skylines of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, which surround long stretches of sandy coastline, the United Arab Emirates has become a popular destination for anybody wishing to combine a city vacation with some beach time.
The towering Burj Khalifa in Dubai and Abu Dhabi’s Sheikh Zayed Mosque and Louvre museum offer sightseeing within close reach of the city sand.
With an outstanding list of big theme parks, both cities have become known among consumers as the greatest destinations to visit. Both cities also give vacationing families lots of purely enjoyable things to do, thanks to a slew of massive malls.
However, the UAE is more than the gloss and glamour of its two largest cities. From 4WD journeys across a landscape of rippling dunes to taking on the world’s longest zipline over the jagged slopes of Jebel Jais, the country’s interior of desert and the Hajar Mountains is all about big-sky views and adventure activities.
There’s also a lot more history here than those modern towers might lead you to assume. Sharjah and Al Ain are two cities that are committed to preserving Emirati culture. Click for more top cruise recruitment agency in Dubai and avail more details.

1 Al Zorah
Despite being only a short drive from Dubai, Al Zorah feels like a universe unto itself — one that is greener and certainly calmer. You can go to the Al Zorah Nature Reserve, which includes a million square meters of mangroves and a plethora of bird and marine life, including flamingos and herons, or simply relax on the beach. Day trips are usually fun here, but we prefer to staycation to truly get into the holiday spirit. A stay at The Oberoi Beach Resort will take you to a location where your problems will fade away in an instant, and it’s a terrific way to recharge without having to leave the country.
While there are plenty of skyscrapers to climb and admire the view from, taking a lift cannot match to successfully trekking up a mountain. Hatta’s jagged mountains beg to be explored, or flung down by bike if you’re feeling more daring. Sure, you can kayak around the Louvre Abu Dhabi or do stand-up paddleboarding on the beach, but the same experience at Hatta Dam has a particular something special about it. You’ve no doubt been in plenty of five-star hotels with all the flash and glam you can handle after living in the UAE for a while, but nowhere in the city compares to the rustic appeal of the Hatta cabins.
3 Sir Bani Yas Island
It’s foolish to try to compare Sir Bani Yas Island to one of your favorite vacation spots because this location is completely unique. It’s like a cross between an African safari and one of those lazy vacations where all you do is lie by the pool. Half of the island is a wildlife reserve, home to 17,000 free-roaming species such as Arabian oryx, gazelles, giraffes, hyenas, and cheetahs, while the other half is home to three Anantara resorts that provide next-level luxury.
Any Instagram image taken here is sure to elicit queries about where on earth it is — it doesn’t seem possible that such a beautiful site can be found in the UAE. Click for more top cruise recruitment agencies in Dubai and avail more details.
4 Lebanon Island
The World project is a one-of-a-kind endeavor that could only be attempted in the United Arab Emirates. The project, like the Burj Khalifa or the Palm Jumeirah, is hugely ambitious and instantly recognizable. Lebanon Island is one of the few islands with any infrastructure at the moment, and it has everything you could want for a pleasant vacation, including two beaches, a swimming pool, and plenty of sun loungers. We can’t promise you’ll feel like you’ve been transferred to Byblos, but it will certainly make you feel like you’ve been transported to your ideal vacation spot.
UAE is undeniably a jam-packed, adventurous, and fascinating destination that offers a diverse range of thrilling activities. It’s for this reason that it’s ideally suited to family vacations. However, if you want to go on a solo trip to UAE, you may do so as well, as there are many things to see and do that will not make you feel alone.
